Beautiful setting, great service and the most amazing food. Started with the Duck Liver Pate to share, followed by Scallop, Tuna and Kingfish Tortellini which was beautiful. I had the special of the day - Roast Suckling Pig with roast duck fat potatoes and caramelised onions. It was amazing, superb, unbelievable, the best port dish Ive eaten. Thinking that they couldn't top the main, I finished with the Coconut Cloud with Lime and Ginger infuse Pineapple. I was in food heaven. This was my 2nd visit to Muse Kitchen and without a doubt, I will be back.
