The Grain of the Silos is in the unique Peppers Silo Hotel on the banks of the Tamar River, just across from the Launceston CBD in Invermay and the gateway to the stunning wine growing district of the Tamar Valley. The carefully curated menu by food director Massimo Mele plays homage to the local produce of the area with over 30 Tasmanian suppliers including Flinders Island lamb, Cape Grim beef and Bruny Island cheese.

Situated in the picturesque Huon Valley, Home Hill Winery Restaurant is renowned for its locally sourced ingredients and breathtaking views over Mount Wellington. Surrounded by lush, sweeping hills, the restaurant's floor to ceiling windows gives diners the perfect vantage spot to dine with a view. The modern Australian menu is elegantly presented and features produce from the surrounding paddocks, as well as daily caught fish for a truly memorable dining experience.

Housed within an Art Deco building, the Astor Grill serves contemporary Australian and is a firm favourite with locals and visitors. The Art Deco charm of the exterior isn't lost in the dining room, with elegant decor, white tablecloths and blood-red walls, accompanied by professional service. The menu pays homage to the finest Tasmanian produce, including oysters from the Astor's own farm at Pipeclay Lagoon. Two dining rooms can cater to 55 people seated and up to 65 standing.

Peppermint Bay is just 30 minutes south of Hobart and showcases some of the best seasonal produce in a sophisticated and elegant manner. Located in the bountiful region of Woodbridge in southern Tasmania, the informal bar dining offers guests panoramic views of Bruny Island and the D'Entrecasteaux Channel.
