The menu changes daily with homemade pasta, braised beef cheeks, mushroom risotto, fresh Caprese, homemade bread – almost every Italian favourite makes an appearance. But what draws the crowds? It’s the pecorino wheel pasta, (homemade cacio e pepe – a typical Roman dish), finished with pepper and served in a pecorino romano wheel, that keeps the customers coming.
