The Tamarind Cooking School

Located at the luxurious Spicers Retreat in Maleny, Tamarind Cooking School offers Thai cooking classes with head chef Daniel Jarrett. The school features state-of-the-art cooking stations and views over the green grounds and the rainforest. Each class is informative, hands-on and intimate - limited to a maximum of 12 people. Each person creates five dishes and receives the chef's secret recipes, notes and a signature Tamarind Apron.  Accommodation inclusive packages are also available.
