About the restaurant
Housed in a building that looks a bit like a beach shack, right across the road from Big Top Shopping Centre, Corbin's specialises in artful, Asian-inspired cuisine. The menu experiments with Asian fusion food, with freshly shucked oysters, bar snacks, substantial meals and desserts available. Sundays at Corbin's are all about all you can eat yum cha and small plates could include anything from fish tacos to fried chicken wings. BYO Thursday only
