Seppeltsfield, established in 1851, is one of the Barossa’s most reputable wineries and it's been been revitalised to become a wine, food and art destination for the Valley's gourmet travellers. FINO, the property's restaurant, is located in the original bottling hall; the warehouse style space transformed into a modern, elegant dining room, pairing exposed bricks and rafters with bentwood chairs and a warm timber bar. The Modern Australian a la carte menu offers diners a taste of Barossa produce and wine.

For unrivalled peace and tranquillity head to Coriole Vineyards on the Seaview ridge in South Australia's celebrated McLaren Vale wine region. The Salopian Inn, Mclaren Vale reopened with an inspired refit of the 1851 homestead. Home to Heirloom Vineyard wine, the Inn has an exceptional local and international wine cellar, and offers contemporary Australian cuisine with a regional, seasonal focus. The menu spans from Asian-inspired lemongrass calamari, to roast lamb rump with spring peas and goats fetta dressing. Sweets include a chocolate brioche and roast pear pudding, and a salted caramel ice-cream sandwich. The Inn also harbours an exotic selection of gin.

Considered one of the city's best Italian, Enzo's Ristorante in Hindmarsh has fed suits, pollies, foodies and families for generations. Mindful of its Adelaide Entertainment Centre neighbour, your fresh fettucini with Italian truffle paste and sausage, mix of mushrooms and cream, can be ready before curtain call. When Bocelli dined here - he sung the praises of the veal rolled with pecorino and parsley.

Only minutes from the CBD in the suburb of Norwood, Ambrosinis is run by third-generation father and son team Remo and Matthew Ambrosini. The menu offers a wide range of dishes, including house made bresaola, a salt cured beef, succulent roast duck with orange glaze, risotto and popular offal dishes of chicken livers and lamb brains, but vegetarian, vegan and gluten free choices are also available.
