About the experience
In France, cooking is a pleasure. The French cook because they want to eat well, and they love the process. So go ahead and learn to cook classic French dishes including blanquette de veau, coq au vin and crème brûlée as well as regional favourites such as soupe au pistou, tarte aux poires Normande and pissaladière. The French Odyssey Cooking Class will take you on a culinary journey where each and every participant will be invited to enjoy the tastes, textures and aromas of simple and sophisticated French cooking.
The class is structured around four-courses. Everything you need is provided including aprons, knives, pens and a recipe booklet to take home.
Class sizes are minimum of four and maximum of nine people.
Once received, certificate holders should contact the host of the experience to make a booking, providing the details in their certificate at this time.
On the day, they should present their certificate as payment for their booking.
