During Winter in July, savour the 'off season' and celebrate northern Tasmania’s finest winter ingredients with a four-course dinner at Grain of the Silos – featuring local calamari, beetroot and brussels sprouts from ‘down the road, and meats from Grain's friends’ farm near Launceston. It’s a feast curated to counter the cold and highlight the region’s best produce.
