Crafted by Bennelong's Executive Chef Peter Gilmore and Head Chef Rob Cockerill enjoy two delicious bar snacks and a glass of Tasmania's finest Arras Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine. Choose main course from the à la carte menu - all for just $100 pp. (allow at least 90 minutes and pre bookings recommended). The two and three-course menus also still available, plus Bennelong Bar is open from 12pm for drinks and snacks.
