Beverly Rooftop invites you to celebrate the First Day of Summer with their our newest ritual: Sunset Summer Sundaze.
Kicking off at 3pm on November 30, settle in for a golden afternoon of rhythm and revelry while enjoying skyline views overlooking Melbourne and stretching from city to coast.
DJ Emerson & Friends presents Cisco, playing summer tunes as Champagne and cocktails flow and the afternoon drifts into sunset. Spend the afternoon sky high with your friends capturing that unmistakable feeling that summer has finally arrived. Mumm Rosé NV Champagne and Perrier-Jouët will be poured by the glass, mixing a special crafted cocktail featuring Malfy Limone gin, orange, sugarcane and cava, and serving new summer dishes by Head Chef, David Ball.
