New Spring Menu at Tokar Estate

The kitchen is cooking up a storm at Tokar Estate with a menu to suit the bounty of Spring produce.
With hearty options for cool and rainy days and lighter fare for those days when the sun is out and we can all enjoy the outdoors.
Roasted Bone Marrow with herbs, shallots and capers, or Kingfish Escabeche.
From the grill, Parwan Valley Prime Beef with roasted field mushrooms, mustard, Yorkshire pudding and jus.
Larger plates lean into spring produce, Pork Belly with Sea Scallop Ceviche, roasted fennel and chilli caramel or Aylesbury Duck Two Ways with cime di rapa, mustard fruits and Ligurian olives.
Finish with something like Warm Citrus Sponge with poached rhubarb and pistachio tuile, or a cheeky Baileys & Dark Chocolate Truffle.
You can also enjoy picnic fare on the lawns or picnic tables while enjoying the views.
