Think pillowy Pomodoro Gnocchi with ricotta and basil and delicate Spinach and Ricotta Agnolotti finished with butter, lemon and pine nuts. Heartier plates like Free Range Chicken with Tuscan bean stew all designed to be enjoyed slowly with a glass of Tokar wine overlooking the vineyard.
On Saturdays and Sundays, you can choose to experience the best of the menu with Tokars Feed Me option, a very special selection of dishes for $90 per person, which showcase the best produce of the season enjoyed the way Italian.
