Humble on Duke is a small 14-seater restaurant on the Sunshine Coast serving an everchanging Modern Australian menu with flavours and spices from the middle east. Owners Jade and Stacey, head Chef/ have worked with some fantastic chefs across New Zealand, the Cook Islands, Adelaide & Dubai. Their focus is handmade, approachable, using local seasonal produce - the menu you see online could change daily if not every few weeks. Humble on Duke strive to create something a little unique and special, a destination that isn't just a vehicle for food but an entire experience.
