About the restaurant
The Haven at Newstead is now home to one of Queensland's most awarded restaurants. Head chef Philip Johnson brings years of culinary experience to the restaurant and is one of Australia's most well-known chefs. In 1997 he was awarded the highly acclaimed Remy Martin Cognac/Australian Gourmet Traveller Restaurant of the Year award for his work at E'cco Bistro. Diners will enjoy a menu of modern bistro classics in sophisticated city surrounds.
