Current titleholders of the Australian International Beer Awards Best Medium Australian Brewery, Feral Brewing handcraft a world class range of awarded beers expanding from the usual to the deliciously unusual. The menu is a far cry from the hideously named brews with the menu featuring forest mushroom cigars wrapped in pastry with parsnip mash and basil oil and teriyaki salmon fillet with wakame and spicy green tea noodles. There is a defined Asian influence on the menu but it features largely Modern Australian fare.
