Chef Leigh Power's pan-Asian restaurant on Rokeby Road is one of Subiaco's most energetic nights out, with rainbow lighting, clubby beats and an open kitchen that flickers with flame. The menu moves across China and South East Asia with real authority, from pork and ginger dumplings and scallop crudo with peanut chilli crunch to a whole fried snapper with roast chilli lime dressing. The jungle curry of slow-roasted lamb shoulder is the kind of dish you order again before you've finished the first plate.
