Karla is all about fire - quite literally. Inspired by the Noongar word for “campfire,” this Perth spot builds its menu around flame and coal, with dishes kissed by smoke and layered with bold, Asian-leaning flavours. Think skewers sizzling off the grill, miso-glazed vegetables and seafood with heat and depth. The space is dark, moody and polished, balancing energy with intimacy.
