About the restaurant
The word Helvetica has nothing to do with whisk(e)y. Unless of course you write the word in this typeface. The bar Helvetica however, has much to do with this tipple. Find it lurking among the office blocks of Perth's CBD, and you will be wonderfully confronted with golden drops from Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales. Taiwan, Japan, Australia and the USA stick their noses in too.
