Blue collar Perth has always loved men who are good with their hands and that's exactly who you'll find behind William Street, Northbridge at the Mechanics Institute. The mixologists at this very down-to-earth cocktail bar don't rely on fancy-schmancy rare liqueurs and flavour infusions. Their daily-changing cocktail menu is a barrel of fun and probably the cheapest in town. Put this together with a four-tier outdoor deck and a range of burgers at the bar and you've got a recipe for a good time.
