Set in the original headmaster's quarters of an historic school, The Principal Brewing Company in Midland is now a bar restaurant that offers great modern Australian food and beer without a hint of punishment. Serving a menu of up-market pub fare, this comfortable eatery features both an indoor dining area and casual beer garden out the back, where guests can sample a number of brewed beers or a glass of wine from Mandoon Estate, located just down the road.
