About the restaurant
Matso's brewery and restaurant lies at the centre of Australia's tropical paradise; Broome. The beer is brewed on site and some of the brewery's award-winning labels include Smokey Bishop dark lager and Hit the Toad mid strength beer. The restaurant offers a fusion menu, which draws from Asian, Indian and Modern Australian influences. The dishes are specially crafted to complement the brewery's concoctions.
