Innocent Bystander offers some of the Yarra Valley's finest and most affordable wines. Challenging the snobbery that many a vineyard exudes, this property takes wine making out of the shed and into a state of the art wine production centre in Healesville that's also a Mod Oz restaurant, artisan cheese supplier, coffee house and on-site bakery that turns out bread, cakes and pastries, including caneles (a French pastry you'll be hard pressed to find anywhere else).
