The stunning Coombe Yarra Valley is an iconic property in its own right but is best-known as the former home of opera singer Dame Nellie Melba. A unique gourmet destination, Coombe boasts seven acres of stunning landscaped gardens, a winery, providore store and, of course, a restaurant called Melba Estate after Dame Nellie. The eatery is located in a restored motor house and historic clock tower and serves a Modern Australian menu of predominantly estate-grown produce.
