Their signature philosophy of honest, real food will continue at this Melbourne outpost, utilising the best Victorian produce on offer. The restaurant will have a pizza oven, rotisserie and charcoal pit. Just around the corner from Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport, the twin-level restaurant will feature an open bar and surf viewing deck out front.
