About the restaurant
St Kilda's much-loved George Ballroom was a society hangout when it was built in 1857 and has hosted countless events over the years before falling into a state of disrepair. Now, more than a century's worth of paint has been stripped back to reveal Victorian era Corinthian wall pilasters, stained glass windows and etched glass gasoliers. Now, the space will once again welcome revellers for weddings, dining and other events.
