Hub Cafe sits inside Rydges St Kilda, but the space is so comfortable in its own skin you hardly even notice it's a "hotel restaurant". The decor is a mish-mash of cool retro finds, which go well with the industrial chic interiors. Grab a seat near the brick fireplace to warm yourself in the winter months. The menu is brimming with simple, wholesome breakfasts and lunches and everything is fresh and well-executed.
