Mazzitelli

Be transported to Rome at Richmond's Mazitelli restaurant. Downstairs behind the marble bar, baristas are hard at work firing out espressos and pouring vino by the glass while salumi, garlic cloves and rounds of mozzarella hang decoratively above the counter. Upstairs the main restaurant is more traditional in style with white linen-set tables and ornate Venetian chandeliers. If you are coming for dinner start at the bar for Aperitivo (a drink and nibbles) before moving upstairs for an Italian feast by Head Chef Tyrone Folio. If you can't wait till night time, breakfast is also on offer.
