About the restaurant
The refurbished Middle Park Hotel, one of Albert Park's most iconic hotels, has a new restaurant with a very vintage vibe. Decorated in the theme of a gentleman's sports club, renowned chef Paul Wilson has devised a menu showcasing classic pub food, complete with weekend roasts and fresh-baked pies. Private dining booths run along the back of the dining room, with individual screens for diners to catch major sporting events.
