The Last Jar does not contain an iota of Irish theme pub. It is free of kitsch, rich in culture. It is the accomplished vision of Siobhan Dooley and head chef Tim Sweeney. They worked a Michelin-starred restaurant in Dublin. This is real Irish cuisine folks. You will see crispy pigs ears, pudgy salt ling potato cake with golden yolk-oozing Guinness battered eggs, and Cape Grim onglet with nettle and black pudding.
