About the restaurant
The Carlton is a stylish city pub with a penchant for taxidermy; exotic animals, including a giraffe, look over your shoulder in every room. The Bourke Street Mall property has a reasonable drinks menu, including eight beers on tap and some solid wine options. The dining menu caters to the peckish as well as the ravenous, with bar snacks sitting alongside steaks and other Mod Oz dishes. Upstairs, you'll find the Hasti Bala Bar and Palmz rooftop bar.
