About the restaurant
The Italian word for shade or shadow - Ombra is the latest venture from celebrity chef Guy Grossi. Formerly Nudel Bar, Grossi has transformed the space next door to the CELLAR BAR into a spruced-up Salumi bar with also antipasto and select traditional pizza, pastry and bread all baked in house. The 60-seater is located next door to Guy's restaurant Grossi Florentino in the Bourke Street complex.
