About the restaurant
It's perfect for
intimate celebrations or dinners when you want food that feels special and thoughtfully made
You need to try
the seasonal omakase or a robata-grilled kingfish or wagyu course
Look out for
the luminous “red thread of fate” ceiling installation
At Akaiito, dining is an act of destiny. Named after the Japanese legend of the “red thread,” this moody, marble-clad restaurant is bound by beauty, from the luminous crimson installation curling across the ceiling to the artistry of its omakase. The ten-course Omakase at Your Table unfolds as theatre: chawanmushi with firefly squid, kingfish with truffle ponzu, ama ebi crowned with caviar. For something lighter, the midweek tasting menu offers a refined introduction. The subterranean bar, all moody light and polished theatrics, extends the story with cocktails as intricate as the cuisine itself.
