I think, just quietly, this might be the best steak I've ever had. And I've had a few. Great service, epic wine list, tasty starters and desserts... but really, I could go without any of those things for their 500g scotch fillet, medium-rare. Wonderful.

This restaurant is hands down the best steak house in this country. Ever since Melbourne's No.1 steak critic Greg Linton introduced me too this elegant little gem as his favourite place to eat quality beef I have been hooked. The quality and ageing of the meat is the secret and it is always cooked to perfection. I recommend the Scotch fillet as it is superb, tender and full of flavour. The wine list is an absolute cracker with some of the best shiraz and cab savs to highlight your meat selection. I would suggest you finish the evening with a cheese selection it tops of a great dining experience in Melbourne.
