A Fitzroy block is the permanent home of a shiny 1965 Airstream caravan that's surrounded by Persian rugs, deck chairs and beach umbrellas. In bad weather, diners can retreat to the building behind the van. There's an all-day snack menu of sandwiches, paninis and boards made with produce from the property's own garden and local suppliers.
