About the restaurant
On Fitzroy’s Gertrude Street, Gaea is a unique destination that functions as both an artisan coffee shop and fine dining restaurant. By day, Calere is where you’ll find a smooth flat white from a sectioned off cubby but, come nightfall, Gaea delivers and exceptional tasting menu for just 12 guests. The six- and eight-course tasting menus showcase local Victorian producers, as does the wine list.
