No trip to Brunswick Street is complete without a visit to this Fitzroy culinary classic, Alimentari (aka 'The Deli'), which has been keeping the local population well fed for over a decade. Alimentari literally means 'good food' and this has been the focus of this rustic corner store since it first opened its doors. It is both an Italian delicatessen and popular lunch time destination, stocking and serving quality local and imported goods.
