Nestled between vintage clothing stores and second-hand bookshops in Fitzroy, one of Melbourne's most alternative suburbs, is vegan-cafe Smith and Daughters. Owners Mo Wyse and Shannon Martinez have made it their mission to challenge the perfect that vegan dining is bland with a Latino menu offering spicy south-of-the-border dishes. Visit with an open mind and you may just be converted, well, at least for a night. They're open late all week, perfect for late night cocktail shenanigans.
