Chotto Motto

Get ready for a unique Japanese dining experience at Chotto Motto in Collingwood, around 25 minutes drive from the centre of Melbourne.  The aesthetic gives you a hint of what’s to come, the restaurant’s space is filled with junk shop treasure. And Chotto Motto’s gyozas aren’t the same as your standard Japanese ones; here, they’re fried twice, topped with cheese and served in a pizza box. Drinks come via the vending machine, just like in Japan, along with Japanese cola, umeshu and schochu. Beyond gyoza, there’s cauliflower karaage and fries with furikake.
