About the restaurant
It's perfect for
date nights, pasta cravings, or catching up over good wine and food
You need to try
the tortellini cacio e pepe or the house-made pasta, perfect to slow down and savour
Look out for
the two distinct dining rooms: the candle-lit Enoteca for romance and formal vibes, or the cozy, relaxed Sapori trattoria
Housemates Andrea Vignali and Davide Bonadiman both Florentino chefs, started Al Dente Enoteca as a labour of love to their home country. This sleek restaurant and wine bar serves authentic home made pastas, meats and the finest Italian cuisine. Although the menu changes regularly, the spanner crab ravioli is a mainstay on the menu and a must-try when visiting. The wine list is focuses on Italian and Australian wines and you can bring a special bottle of wine with corkage $20 per bottle. Next door is Al Dente's retail outlet, Sapori, selling home made pastas and flavour packed sauces.
