Merchants Guild

The Merchants Guild is a spacious cafe in East Bentleigh with a considered food menu that treasures brunch, and a fantastic list of beverages that puts tea and chai on a pedestal. With chef and co-owner Paul Davies at the helm, dishes are served in style on wooden boards, and tea served with egg timers to ensure optimal brewing.
