About the restaurant
The Merchants Guild is a spacious cafe in East Bentleigh with a considered food menu that treasures brunch, and a fantastic list of beverages that puts tea and chai on a pedestal. With chef and co-owner Paul Davies at the helm, dishes are served in style on wooden boards, and tea served with egg timers to ensure optimal brewing. The famed Prana Chai, specially blended in house, is even challenging coffee addicts to order an alternative brew.
