About the restaurant
The Daylesford Hotel is an iconic Victorian destination. Following recent renovations, the new Daylesford Hotel will be home to a beautiful beer garden, two bar areas and an elegant dining room. Retaining its history, the upstairs bar spills out onto the pub's wide Federation-style veranda, which overlooks the town, while the casual front bar is where you'll find charcuterie plates and classic pub grub. The dining room won't be bent on fine dining, instead, guests will enjoy great bistro classics. Guests can also pick up a bottle of wine from the wine store attached to the pub to enjoy in the dining room, corkage costs apply.
