Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel

One of the most beautiful dining destinations, Wickens at The Royal Mail Hotel is set in the beautiful surrounds of the Grampians. Each seat in the restaurant has a view of the kitchen and the chefs at work but for a more intimate experience, the Chef’s Table, situated in the kitchen, is available for up to four people. The five or eight course tasting menu relies heavily on the heirloom and organic produce grown in the 1.2 hectare kitchen gardens, giving rise to a series of small, perfectly formed, dishes that capture purity of flavour while embracing a modern aesthetic.
