For twenty years Bob and Pamela Yam have tirelessly worked to create what is known today as one Australia's best Asian restaurants, Malayan Orchid Restaurant in Bendigo. Announced as a finalist in the 2011 Savour Australia Restaurant and Catering Awards for best Asian restaurant, this family-run business is testament that hard work and dedication is rewarded.
