About the restaurant
In another life it was an ordinary electrical showroom in Geelong, now it is home to award winning chef Aaron Turner's Igni. A polished concrete floor and muted grey tones decorate the intimate 30-seater restaurant. The open plan kitchen features the signature charcoal grill where many of the degustation dishes adopt their smokey flavours from. This is an ever changing degustation-only menu, reservations can also only be made online.
