Pure Souths chef’s tasting menu takes you on a journey from the pristine waters of the Devonport Coast to the rugged pastures of King Island. The menu is thoughtfully crafted to feature seasonal produce from trusted suppliers who share their commitment to ethical and sustainable practices. Their in house sommelier has curated an exceptional selection of six wines to accompany each course. These include premium vintages from Tasmania’s renowned vineyards, known for their cool-climate wines, as well as old-world varietals.
