                        About the restaurant
                It's perfect for
multi-level wine dates in a 19th-century hidden gem.

                You need to try
the beef cheek or wagyu-brisket burger—the kind of food that tastes like comfort in a mason jar.

                Look out for
exposed brick, double-hung windows and that moody cellar hideaway fit for whispers and wine.

Malt Dining is located in one of Brisbane's most iconic inner-city buildings, Wenley House. Exposed brick, original timber flooring and double-hung windows creates a very moody, intimate atmosphere inside the restaurant. Ranging over three levels, the restaurant offers three very different venue styles with a casual tapas menu, private dining and a Modern Australian restaurant. Nick Pinn, the owner of Albion's Vaquero and co-owner of Newstead's Drum Dining, is the man behind Malt Dining with John Speranza as Head Chef.
