Havilah Wine is a Tasmanian wine bar with a produce-driven continental food menu. The wine list features local Tasmanian, Australian, and international wines, celebrating grower producers. The menu highlights fresh local produce with main dishes, as well as cheese, charcuterie, and snack plates. Havilah also serves as a kitchen, cellar door, and wine store, home to Havilah Wines and Two Tonne Tasmania, offering tastings by appointment. The bottle shop sells wine for both on-site enjoyment and takeaway. Sample menu items include heirloom tomato bruschetta, crayfish spaghetti, and chicken scaloppine.
