Tasmanian pastry chefs Alistair Wise and Teena Kearney have drawn on their experience in London and New York to create Sweet Envy, Hobart's most decadently-delicious cake shop and coffee house. A sweet-tooth's fantasy, guests to this sweet parlour will experience some of the city's best candy, cupcakes, ice-cream and cookies, to enjoy with afternoon tea in the store or to take home for a solitary indulgence.
