About the restaurant
Dwelled in the restaurant-rich region of Hobart's Salamanca, The Black Footed Pig calls the heritage-listed City Flour Mills home. The interior utilises the existing rustic and exposed brick features whilst stylised into modern day decor through light industrial fittings. It is a tapas style affair here, with plates of locally sourced produce dressed in Spanish attire of lemon zests, mustard butter and pieces of jarmon.
