Hadley's Orient Hotel, one of the oldest boutique hotels in Australia, has a rich history dating back to 1834 when it was built using convict labour. Located in the heart of Hobart, the hotel offers the exquisite Orient Bar & Restaurant, where the menu is inspired by the Victorian-era exploration of the Orient, infused with Tasmania's seasonal, local flavours. Guests can enjoy a unique dining experience, and special dietary requirements are happily catered for. In-room dining is also available Wednesday to Saturday from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, allowing guests to dine in the comfort of their room.
